Young Arab Leaders is a not-for-profit organization registered under Dubai Chamber founded during the World of Economic Forum in 2004 under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. YAL seeks to leverage the capabilities and expertise of its strong regional network of members in order to catalyse the entrepreneurial and professional development of the next generation of leaders in the Arab world through mentorship and educational initiatives. These objectives stem from YAL’s five core values as YAL is unwavering in its commitment to bringing together prominent Arab industry leaders to work towards a shared vision of empowering the Arab youth.
